Journey & contact requests
You may enter your name, contact details, travel dates, locations, passenger and luggage requirements, flight number and any notes you choose to share. We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry and arrange your journey.
The forms prepare an email draft in your email application. They do not automatically send your information, store a booking in a website database or take payment. You decide whether to send the email. If you send it, your email provider and our email service process that message as part of delivery.
Please share only information necessary for your request. The initial request does not ask for a passport number or payment card details.
Information kept by the website
Form entries are kept in the current page while you use it. This website does not save them to browser storage. Changing or leaving the page may clear them.
Basic journey fields may appear in the address when you continue from the planner, so they may be present in your browser history. Contact details and special-request notes are not added to that address.
Hosting and access providers may process technical connection and security information to deliver the site. WordPress uses essential cookies for administrators who sign in; visitors do not need an account.
Retention & your choices
Information you send to the business may be retained to handle your enquiry, provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us for details relevant to your request.
