Share your journey details through the request form, by email or by phone. Every request is reviewed by our team. Your reservation is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation with the agreed details.
Transfers and tours require at least two hours’ notice. Mainland trips require at least one day’s notice. All services depend on availability. For transfers, the team calls before the journey to confirm the arrangements.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, tour or trip to avoid charges. Changes require at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
Payment is made directly to the driver. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. This website does not take online payments.
We monitor flight arrivals and adjust your pick-up time. The published service policy states there are no additional charges for flight delays. Include your flight number when requesting your transfer.
Yes, on request. Tell us the child’s age and seating requirements when you make your request so the team can confirm a suitable seat.
We operate with one car and one driver. Tell us your passenger and luggage requirements; group arrangements must be reviewed and confirmed individually.
The vehicle is insured, including passenger liability coverage. Personal travel insurance is recommended for additional coverage.
