Booking & confirmation
Bookings may be requested through the website, by phone or through authorised agents. Every reservation must be reviewed and confirmed by our team. Your confirmation email is the official confirmation and contains the agreed details.
Please check those details and tell us promptly about any discrepancy. Preparing or emailing a request does not itself confirm availability or a reservation.
- Transfers and tours must be booked at least two hours in advance.
- Mainland trips must be booked at least one day in advance.
- For transfers, the team calls before the scheduled service to confirm the arrangements. If the service cannot be confirmed with you, the booking is cancelled.
Payment
Full payment is made directly to the driver. Major credit cards and cash are accepted. This website does not collect online payments.
Invoices for corporate clients must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Published transfer rates and experience prices are references; the team confirms the final amount for your journey.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer, tour or trip to avoid charges. Changes require at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.
Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount. Contact the team by phone or email to request a cancellation or change.
Responsibilities
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; we are not liable for lost or damaged items.
Drivers and guides may refuse service to a passenger who is intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive manner. Ferry schedules, attraction access and activity availability can affect an itinerary and are discussed before confirmation.
Insurance
Our vehicle is insured, including passenger liability coverage. Personal travel insurance is recommended for additional coverage.
