Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation:
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized agents.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email once the reservation is completed. Please note that all reservations must be confirmed by our team. Once your booking is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will serve as your official confirmation and include all the details of your reservation.
- It is the client’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the booking details and inform us of any discrepancies.
Transfer Services:
- Transfers must be booked at least 2 hours in advance. If booked more than 2 hours in advance, we will call you 2 hours before the scheduled service to confirm the booking. If we are unable to confirm the service with you, the booking will be canceled.
Tours:
- Tours must also be booked at least 2 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
Trips:
- Trips must be booked at least one day in advance of the chosen date to ensure all arrangements can be made in a timely manner.
2. Payment Terms:
- Full payment will be made directly to the driver.
- We accept major credit cards and cash.
- Invoices for corporate clients must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.
3. Cancellations and Changes:
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled transfer tour, trip time to avoid charges.
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
4. Responsibilities and Liabilities:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.
- Our drivers and guides reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated or behaves in a disruptive manner.
5. Insurance:
- All our vehicles are fully insured, including passenger liability coverage.
- Personal travel insurance is recommended for additional coverage.
6. Privacy and Data Protection:
- Personal information provided during booking is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
- We comply with all applicable data protection laws to ensure your information is secure.
